On May 10, 2006 the day before the High in world Equity markets Joe DiNapoli sounds the warning.
"Right now I think new all time DOW highs are in the bag but we could have a major failure of that new high and a multi year double top--

This entire move up may be seen as a major fake out for the public and is perhaps providing a selling opportunity for the pros--
